Main Applications of ARBO Membrane Adhesive
Recommended for bonding ARBO EPDM to aluminum (both Polyester Powder Coated and other finishes), galvanized finishes, PVCu and mineral boards in both factory and site applications.
For porous substrates ARBO AFS Primer is recommended.
ARBO Technical Services can advise if adhesion tests are required on untested substrates.

Application Instructions
Surface preparation
Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from all contamination. The surfaces should be degreased using the appropriate ARBO Cleaner. Primers may be required on some porous substrates. It is recommended that ARBO Technical Services are consulted, and advice obtained with regard to the choice of primer for specific purposes.
Application
ARBO Membrane Adhesive (MA) is supplied in 600ml foil packs and is applied using an ARBO Foil Pack Gun. Apply in 8 mm beads approximately 25mm apart to one substrate only. Press membrane onto the ARBO Membrane Adhesive by suitable application tool (roller, tooling stick or another appropriate implement).
NB: Do not apply at temperatures below 5º C and where Relative Humidity is below 40 %
