Application Instructions
Joint Preparation
The joint surfaces must be clean, dry and free from all contamination. The surfaces should be degreased using the appropriate ARBO Cleaner. ARBO Primer 2650 may be required on some substrates. It is recommended that ARBO Technical Services should be consulted, and advice obtained regarding the choice of primer for specific purposes.
All use should be in accordance with BS8000-16:1997 +A1:2010: Code of practice for sealing joints in buildings using sealants.
Joint Backing
Where applicable, appropriate joint filler e.g. closed cell polyethylene foam, should be used to provide the correct joint depth
