Arbosil XL1099 S is a low modulus silicone sealant that is non-staining, one-part, and neutral cure. It cures upon exposure to moisture vapour to form a durable, elastic silicone rubber. It is formulated to prevent staining on sensitive natural or manufactured substrates and provides outstanding adhesion and long-lasting performance.

Application and Key Benefits of Arbosil XL1099 S
Arbosil XL1099 S is specifically designed for use against marble, granite, precast concrete and other sensitive natural or manufactured substrates where other sealants may cause staining problems.
Also recommended for sealing perimeter floor joints, PVC-U and aluminum window frames and many other common construction applications. It is not recommended for overpainting, or for use in floor joints over 6 mm wide.
Note: Adhesion and/or compatibility testing may be required on certain substrates, please contact ARBO® Technical Service Department for further information. Not recommended for overpainting and use with laminated glass.
Non-Staining: Ideal for use on marble, granite, precast concrete, and other sensitive substrates.
Versatile Application: Suitable for sealing perimeter floor joints, aluminium, and uPVC window frames.
Excellent Adhesion: Bonds well to a variety of construction materials.
Durability: Provides a long service life of over 25 years.
