Arbosil 1071 is a one-part, low modulus fire-resisting and acoustic silicone sealant. It cures upon exposure to moisture vapor, forming a highly elastic silicone rubber. With excellent adhesion to concrete and many other common construction substrates, Arbosil 1071 is designed to meet the demanding needs of modern construction projects.

Application and Key Benefits of Arbosil 1071
Arbosil 1071 is ideal for expansion joints and other critical details where fire resistance is essential. Recommended for use in sports stadiums and other structures requiring a reliable fire seal.
Note: Not recommended for overpainting or use on natural stone surfaces.
Fire Resistance: Independently verified to provide up to 4 hours of fire resistance.*
Acoustic Properties: Helps in reducing noise transmission.
High Elasticity: Ensures durability and flexibility in various joint movements.
Substrate Compatibility: Adheres well to concrete and other common construction materials.
UV Resistance: Offers very good resistance to UV degradation.
Long Service Life: Expected service life of over 25 years.
