ARBO^® 925 PRIMER

Recommended for use in conjunction with various Arbo sealants for the priming of asphalt and bituminous surfaces. Please consult ARBO Technical Services for advice.

The joint surfaces must be clean, dry and free from all contamination. The surfaces should be degreased using the appropriate ARBO Cleaner. Apply one coat of ARBO 925 Primer using a clean dry brush and allow it to dry for a least 1 hour but not more than 8 hours before applying the sealant.

All joint preparation and priming should be carried out in accordance with BS 8000- Part 16:1997+A1:2010, the British Standard for the sealing of joints in buildings using sealants.

JOINT SIZE SUITABILITY
The joint width should be at least 6mm in order that the joint faces can be cleaned and primed correctly.
